Job Description:

  • Able to plan testing and run schedule as per timeline assigned
  • To ensure all prerequisite to start testing, such as test plan, test spec, test cases, test data, test environment, etc.
  • Should be able to understand requirements and prepare test strategy and Test plan to derive test specification/test suites that are concise, logically structured and meeting the testing objectives.
  • Preparation of Traceability Matrix.
  • Should be able to review test case prepared by the team.
  • Should be responsible for timely test metrics reporting
  • Able to log defects in the JIRA and able to track the defects.
  • Responsible on defect resolution management for immediate resolution that is meeting SLA.
  • Conduct daily defect calls.
  • Participate in daily status calls and provide input on the delivery
  • Manage testing issues, risks & resolution
  • Test management activities & testing status reporting
  • Act as a backup for the Manager and equip to manage the project end to end.
  • To conduct testing knowledge sharing sessions, periodically, for best practices and/or application system specific.
  • Ensure Banks compliance obligations (Statutory/Group/Local Authorities including submission of returns) are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with 6-10 years experience in Testing.
  • Banking product testing experience
  • Prefer to have Mobile app testing experience
