Job Requirements:

  • More than 6 years of experience in development of Service Management Web based enterprise tools from Vendors like ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA etc.
  • At least 4 year of experience of development and designing end to end solutions in ServiceNow.
  • At least 3 mainline active ServiceNow certifications.
  • ITIL certified.
  • Hands-on development experience with SOAP, RESTful API, scripting with ServiceNow.
  • Migration, upgrade and customization experience on ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
  • Perfect in English Language
  • Operations/BAU experience should not be considered.
