Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will report to Manager Software Development to contribute toward leading a small group of testers and reviewing the architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems by composing test plan scripts, building tests, documenting results and analyzing output
  • You will help launch new or upgraded hardware, software, and networking system while working with multiple applications and networking groups to resolve issues
  • You will perform automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression and integration tests while working with Test and Defect Management tools, Test automation tools, and scripting languages to complete tasks
  • You will actively contribute to create automation framework base code/libraries from scratch.
  • You will ensure quality through close collaboration with the team on code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests
  • You will create and maintain reusable libraries and components for future implementation
  • You will actively contribute to the development and enhancement of new features by discovering and designing them
  • You will apply understanding related to developing, modifying and evaluating test cases based on user stories relevant to manual and automated test planning

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience as QA out of which at least 3 years as Automation Engineer
  • Understanding Agile test methodologies, Scrum QA process and Agile project tools such as Jira
  • Extensive experience working with Python and related technologies
  • Experience with Java , C# or Ruby are good to have
