Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix
  • Must have understanding of estimation models and capacity planning.
  • Create and maintain QA metrics. Assist with detailed test planning and execution schedule.
  • Good understanding in Banking Domain
  • Strong Leadership, presentation and communication skills
  • Hands on experience on Functional, System and Regression Testing
  • Mentor team members in adopting technologies , tools and best practices
  • Ensure effective work prioritization and meeting delivery deadlines
  • Conduct peer reviews of test condition/test cases/test data requirements created by testers and follow-up to close the review comments
  • Status reporting and timely risk and issue communication
  • Assist in achieving a good level of teamwork, highlighting and controlling issues in good time and proactively suggesting solutions to resolve problems
  • Expert in managing team and handling conflicts
  • Exposure to interact with client and BU partner
  • Must have exposure on Automation Framework and Automation tool like Selenium/Coded UI/TOSCA
  • Flexibility to attend evening calls and work with US Business Partners

Experience and Qualification:

  • 5 – 10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good to have US core banking knowledge
  • Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum) and associated tools such as JIRA/Confluence or VSTS
  • Disciplined approach to testing, quality, and documentation

  • Great communication, collaboration, teaming, self-management, and organization skills
  • Analytical skills in problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop working relationships
  • Personally motivated to excel in assignments, continuously self-educate, and mentor other team members
