Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Microsoft/Networking/Database/Applications (Analyze reported problems & Validate solutions -Provide troubleshooting plans to discover root cause – Deliver rapid resolution on systemic issues)
- Support troubleshooting Redundant infrastructure Microsoft Windows & Oracle Database
- Understand, research, and resolve internal and external application and systems issues of moderate difficulty.
- Independently learn and investigate customer’s high value problem (HVP), systematic bug or systematic software failures.
On call support:
- The support to the customer must be done 24×7 on call, coming to site within 2 hours of a reported issue.
- On call support for nights, weekends and holidays
