Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple CRM applications like Adobe Fusion WFT, Eloqua, Sfdc, Config-Price_Quote, etc applications
  • Understand the functional architecture where in overall process is distributed across multiple technology platforms
  • Participate in life cycle “toll gates” to ensure quality and completeness of project requirement artifacts
  • Work with PMs, and other project stakeholders (Users, Architect, Dev Lead, ) to prioritize and sequence testing requirements in order to ensure appropriate risk management for individual projects
  • Develop Test Plan and Manual test cases, execution, defect tracking & reporting
  • Apply experience and make suggestions to improve business process flow in the CRM and connecting platforms (through definition of best practices, generate ideas for improvement and management of projects/testing processes)

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years industry Oracle ERP EBS/ Salesforce, with minimum 2+ years’ experience in like Salesforce/Oracle EBS
  • Experience with working on Salesforce.com/Oracle EBS in Electronic/Distribution/both industry
  • Experience in areas of Software Testing /Quality Management / Quality Assurance
  • Working knowledge on ton Oracle ERP EBS Order Management, SCM, Finance, AR/AP Receipt, Release Holds
  • Manual testing experience in Web Application testing & Desktop application testing
  • A Good experience in Agile methodology & able to work with multiple application & testing
  • Understanding and ability to validate Partner Lifecycle Onboarding.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Life Cycle – Campaigns to Lead to opportunities to Quote to Order creation Lifecycle.
  • Ability to work across multiple EBS applications like Eloqua, Sfdc, Config-Price, Quote, etc applications
  • Ability to understand the functional architecture where in overall process is distributed across multiple technology platforms
  • Develop Test Plan and Manual test cases design, execution, defect tracking & reporting
  • Good experience test script maintainance & test data generation etc,
  • Good working knowledge using JIRA & Test Management tools such as Zephyr, TestRail or ALM
  • Be able to work with multiple teams, exchange project info through team collaboration
  • Apply experience and make suggestions to improve business process flow in the EBS/Salesfoce
  • Proactive, quick learner, good communication & interpersonal skills
