To analyze Business and Functional requirement documents and translate them into test scenarios and scripts
To collaborate with the different cross Functional and Development teams to understand the design and functionality of various assignments.
To ensure compliance of project specific QA processes and procedures like loading the test scripts into HP ALM environment.
To ensure high quality test result documents with screen shots are created for all the assignments
To work with test lead to create test specification
Responsible for creating and executing high quality test scripts
Performs System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Report Testing, Interface Testing, Regression testing, Functional testing, Security Testing, Third Party Integration Testing
Updates Process Related Reports and Documents
Supports the UAT teams by providing any information whenever required
Must be able communicate clearly and concisely

Graduate from any stream preferably from science /IT streams
2+ years of experience in SAP HR. Preferred experience in US/China/ Mexico Payroll testing.
Experience in ECPY or any integration platform is a plus
Strong knowledge on HR domain
Experience in Organizing daily defect resolution calls
Knowledge on defect tracking tool (HPALM/Snow)
Knowledge on automation tools
Knowledge of QA best practices
Testing certification ISTQB, CSTE
Knowledge on SDLC/TDLC and service delivery models
Able to Interact with stakeholders and prepare status reports
Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
