Tech Lead, Quality Assurance Engineering | 7+ Yrs | Noida

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years’ work experience in Testing with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix
• Good understanding in Banking Domain
• Hands on experience on Functional, System and Regression Testing
• Conduct peer reviews of test condition/test cases/test data requirements created by testers and follow-up to close the review comments
• Excellent knowledge in Testing practices (Functional and Regression) and complete Software development life cycle
• Excellent knowledge in test case designing techniques, Agile Model, Risk based testing
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and should have worked in Agile model in past projects
• Excellent knowledge and at least 2-3 Years of Banking Domain knowledge in areas of Deposits or Loans (Front end / Backend Processes)
• Good knowledge of Tools like TFS, ALM, JIRA (Good to have – Automation tools like QTP, Selenium, TOSCA)
• Candidate must have working knowledge of API’s and Business Services. Preferred on Tools like Postman and Ready API
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and analytical skills
• Exposure of triaging of production issues is an added advantage
• Should possess an excellent behavioral skills, team player and client focus attitude with Creative thinking, good problem solving skills
• Highly self-motivated that works with minimal supervision, is a fast learner and a team player
• Provide regular updates on progress of allocated Test designs and Test cases to ensure Testing deadlines are met.
• Conduct peer reviews of test condition/test cases/test data requirements created by testers and follow-up to close the review comments
